DAY 1: gluten free breakfast

Gluten free breakfast day one: almond milk yogurt with cacao and flax seeds (ground in a coffee grinder) and strawberries (all organic, of course). Also, my ginger lemon tea with a side of mango probiotic. I usually get BioK for my probiotic, but I thought I would try something else. This is the package for it:

Day one is already rolling! Obviously, none of my symptoms are gone just yet considering its been about 8 hours, but I am optimistic!
