DAY 13: “chocolate” smoothie

A breakfast smoothie high in omega 3, protein and good fats!
Blend for one full minute the following:
One tablespoon ground cacao
One tablespoon ground flax seed
Two tablespoons almond butter
One teaspoon honey
Two teaspoons flax seed
One cup coconut water
One teaspoon cinnamon
One teaspoon vanilla extract
